PVDF filter media, particularly microporous membranes, can be prepared to exhibit high efficiency for particle removal. PVDF has a low critical surface energy and conventional, hydrophobic, microporous PVDF membranes will not wet with aqueous fluids.MS Membrane stack consists of reinforced-type PVDF membrane. It can ensure wet air and other gas pass through smoothly, even when the differential pressure is very low. It holds the opposite capability against PVDF hydrophilic membrane

In order to produce a particle-free fluid, these materials which are used in manufacturing PVDF hydrophilic membrane must be filtered. To be useful for filtering these aqueous fluids, the filter medium should be actived to the fluids, offer little resistance to flow of the fluids through the filter, and be fully wettable by the fluids. 

Lack of spontaneous wetting of the filter membrane by the fluid to be filtered requires that the membrane be prewetted with a low surface tension fluid. This prewetting fluid must then be replaced with the fluid to be filtered before the
